The Omaha office of Colliers International in June made three key personnel changes, two promotions and one new hire.
Jennifer Furry has joined the company’s property management team as director of management services, while Lynette Petersen has been promoted to property manager and Doug Cornell to assistant property manager.
Furry will ovesee the property management services for the firm’s Omaha and Lincoln portfolios, portfolios that total more than 5 million square feet of commercial real estate property. Before joining Colliers, Furry held senior positions wtih two property management firms in Denver.
