Colliers represented Microsoft Corporation in its acquisition of about 274 acres of land at 4400 144th Ave. and 14th St. in Dorr, Michigan.
This latest acquisition builds upon Microsoft’s recent purchase of 316 acres at 76th Street SE in Caledonia, Michigan, also facilitated by Colliers. This new transaction brings Microsoft’s total holdings in the region to nearly 590 acres.
