Joe Hill of Colliers International represented Malibu Midwest, LLC in the sale of the HDIS headquarters building at 9383 Dielman Industrial Drive in Olivette, Missouri. The buyer was Sealy & Company, based in Dallas.
The 200,000-square-foot building serves as a distribution and call center in addition to housing HDIS’ corporate offices. Prior to the sale, Hill represented the seller to renew and restructure the lease with HDIS.
In another St. Louis-area transaction, Hill and Colliers’ Jim Loft represented Blue Real Estate in the purchase of a 24,500-square-foot industrial building at 2123-2138 Schuetz Road in Maryland Heights, Missouri, from PK Construction.
