Colliers International|Chicago has arranged the sale of Brennan Investment Group’s 141,086-square-foot industrial building at 1745 East 165th St. in Hammond, Indiana. A metals service center purchased the property.

Located on 6.7 acres, 1745 East 165th St. is a fully craned, state-of-the-art facility featuring 36- to 38-foot ceiling heights, dual interior rail service by Union Pacific/IHB and Norfolk Southern, four 35-ton cranes and two 26-foot wide drive-through bays. With immediate access to I-90 and I-80/294, the facility’s location provides easy access to transport materials throughout the Midwest.
The buyer is expanding its operations in Northwest Indiana and will relocate its current facility from Gary, Indiana, to Hammond.
