Colliers helped close the sale of a 206,984-square-foot office building in New Albany, Ohio.
The property at 7400 W. Campus Road is anchored by Aetna. Columbus-based partnership New Albany Business Park, LLC has acquired the office building from New Albany Portfolio.
Dan Dunsmoor, Brett Cisler and Andrew Jameson of Colliers brokered the sale. Colliers will handle office leasing at the property.
