Colliers International closed the sublease of a 49,543-square-foot industrial property at 2871 Research Drive in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
John Lominack, senior vice president at Colliers International Detroit, represented the tenant, ETP Entertainment Technology Partners, in facilitating the sublease of this space. The live event and exhibit production company will be utilizing this location as a warehousing, distribution and assembly center for their brands and products.
