A 16-year multifamily investment broker, Stratman has transacted more than $850 million of apartment and mixed-use properties during his career.
He has represented a variety of clients from private investors and family offices to debt funds and financial institutions.
Stratman joins Sam Gauger in the Midwest Multifamily Group, servicing clients primarily throughout Wisconsin but also across the Midwest.
