Columbus, Ohio-based The Pizzuti Companies has promoted two long-time associates.
Don Wheat has been named senior vice president of public-private projects, while Phil Rasey has been promoted to director of development.
Wheat joined Pizzuti in October of 2006 and has led several of the company’s large-scale owner’s representative engagements, including the development of the Franklin County Courthouse in downtown Columbus and the Columbus Metropolitan Library’s multi-facility 2020 Vision building program.
Rasey joined Pizzuti in June of 2004 and is a leader in the firm’s leasing, sales and development activities. He has been instrumental in the development and leasing of multiple properties, including CreekSide Industrial Center, The Joseph mixed-use development and SouthPark Business Center.
