Steve Gray of Commercial Kentucky completed a lease for contractor S&ME at 1490 Frankfort Ave. in Louisville.
S&ME, based in Raleigh, N.C., received a contract from the Kentucky Department of Transportation to provide engineering and environmental services for the Ohio bridges project.
S&ME needed a location near the project. Allied Ready Mix, located at 1490 Frankfort Ave., had a vacant, free-standing 4,100-square-foot building that fit S&ME’s needs. S&ME signed a lease and will operate out of this location for the duration of the bridges project.
