A full-service commercial real estate company has relocated its Chicago headquarters to a premier concrete loft office building in the Central Business District.
Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors will lease 5,980 square feet on the 14th floor of 145 S. Wells in the West Loop submarket. The firm offers advisory and financial services focused on office and industrial tenants. The amenity floor also includes a conference center and modern fitness center with yoga, Pilates, and spin studio. Tenants will appreciate easy access to the Chicago Transit Authority’s “L” tracks servicing the loop, in addition to convenient access from Union and LaSalle Street stations and the Ogilvie Transportation Center.
