The firm offers advisory and financial services focused on office and industrial tenants. Moceri + Roszak designed, developed, and owns the 20-story property that focuses on hospitality, well-being, and connection.
Stream Realty Partners Managing Director Mark Bâby and Executive Vice President Matt Lerner represented the landlord in the transaction. Stream, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, operates one of its 15 core U.S. offices in Chicago.
