Compass Mortgage restructured its existing lease and expanded to a new total square footage of 15,816 square feet at 27755 Diehl Road in Warrenville.
The new long-term lease and expansion resulted from the growing firm’s need for more space while taking a proactive approach to expense control. The team was able to negotiate significant landlord concessions used for construction and allowed Compass to mitigate any capital expense while achieving significant occupancy cost, saving on both the short and long term.
