Darwin Realty & Development Corp. has announced the long-term lease renewal of 30,000 square feet at 1475 E. Thorndale Ave., Itasca, on behalf of Concordia International Forwarding Corp.
Noel Liston, principal, and Doug Pilcher, associate, of Darwin Realty & Development Corp. represented Concordia International Freight in the transaction. The building is owned by Prologis and the unit features 30-foot clear ceilings, 12 exterior docks and 5,000 square feet of office space.
Concordia is an international freight forwarding company headquartered in New York with multiple locations throughout the United States. Adam Tyler, vice president/leasing officer for Prologis represented Prologis in the lease negotiations.
