Chicago-based developer Focus and its exclusive sales and marketing firm, @properties Developer Services have announced that the first phase of condominiums are nearing closeout at Kelmscott Park, a community of luxury new-construction condominiums and single-family homes in Lake Forest, Illinois. Additionally, Focus is now offering the community’s single-family model for sale.
Located at 1155 Kelmscott Way, Kelmscott Park has 42 condominiums and 12 single-family homes. Remaining condominium floorplans feature two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a den or pocket office, and 1,528 to 1,772 square feet of living space. High-end finishes include wide-plank oak flooring in kitchens and living areas, SubZero, Wolf, and Asko appliances, stone countertops, Kohler kitchen and bath fixutres, private outdoor terraces or balconies, underground temperature-controlled garage parking, separate storage and a shared outdoor lounge with firepit and grills. Prices on the four remaining residences range from $659,000 to $735,000.
Kelmscott Park’s single-family home model features the Beckett Plan, a 3,690-square-foot home with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and a den. The contemporary layout offers open-concept living, with a two-story living room at the center of the home, a fireplace, and access to a large outdoor patio. The dining area is open to the kitchen, which features an oversized island, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry. The home is listed for $1.797 million.
