Divisible to 50,000 square feet, the facility offers logistical advantages with its close proximity to I-55 and the CTA Orange Line within the South City submarket. “It is great to see more developments and opportunities coming to the southwest side of Chicago,” said Alderman Burke. “Businesses have great advantages to succeed here because of the close proximity to major expressways, railways and the airport. They are also surrounded by a very dependable and energetic workforce.” Walter Murphy, a principal in Lee and Associates’ Rosemont office, is market the property on behalf of Conor Commercial Real Estate.
