Lake Forest, Ill.-based Converse Capital is now serving as the exclusive agent for the sale of a 473,088-square-foot industrial complex in Dayton, Ohio.
Two tenants currently occupy about 47 percent of the complex. The complex’s ownership is offering a three-year master lease for the balance of the space.
The property is made up of two facilities, a 317,088-square-foot building built in 1976, and a 156,000-square-foot facility built in 2002.
