Convexity Properties has broken ground on 5 City Blvd, a 15-story, 300,000-square-foot Class-A office tower within Nashville’s mixed-used destination ONEC1TY.

The building’s innovative technology design features include dedicated fiber optics, destination dispatch elevator systems, state of the art parking automation including EV charging stations and keyless entry solutions.  Cutting-edge technology will be at the forefront of 5 City Blvd’s offerings, further future-proofing the building to prepare companies of all scales and types for success.

Convexity is also seeking LEED, WIRED Score and WELL certifications for the building that will underscore the health and wellness focused intentions of the ONEC1TY Master Planned Development.

5 City Blvd will also include about 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail that will serve as an amenity to the building. Convexity will target retail tenants offering goods and services that will directly benefit not only those working in the building but residents living and working nearby.

Along with Chicago’s Goettsch Partners as architect, JE Dunn will serve as general contractor for the project.  Frank Thomasson and Byran Fort of the Nashville office of CBRE will lead leasing efforts for the building that is slated for a Q4 2024 completion.

As a subsidiary of DRW, Convexity is able to self-fund much of its work, granting the company even greater control over every stage in a project’s lifecycle.

Adjacent to Charlotte Avenue, one of the city’s major arteries, 5 City Blvd is just more than two miles from Nashville’s central business district, making Convexity confident the property will be sought out by companies looking to reinvigorate its workforce and escape the urban congestion.

5 City Blvd is also next to I-40 and I-440 interstates, the two most direct ways to travel between the city’s urban core and surrounding communities, making it especially easy to get to and from Nashville’s primary residential and business destinations.

Tenants of 5 City Blvd will experience a serene environment which emphasizes wellness and mindful living with hospitality focused amenities including co-working lounges, a state-of-the-art fitness facility outdoor terraces and direct access to amenity offerings within ONEC1ty.
