The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently closed the sale of County Fair Market Place, a 60,208-square-foot retail center in Hutchinson, Minnesota.
The center is anchored by an ALDI grocery store and sits between high-traffic generators Target and WalMart Supercenter.
The center includes tenants ALDI, PetSmart and Pizza Ranch.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group in Cleveland, represented the seller. The private investment buyer purchased the property for $5.6 million, representing a CAP rate of 7.68 percent.
