The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold Jesse James Plaza, a 35,850-square-foot retail center in Toledo, Ohio.
Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investment group out of Ohio.
The Kansas buyer was found during the first month of marketing the property for sale. The seller bought the property for $2.9 million, 96 percent of the original list price.
