The Cooper Commercial Investment Group closed the sale of Market Square Shopping Center in LaFayette, Indiana, a 132,429-square-foot center anchored by Dollar General, the State of Indiana, Indiana BMV and Arni’s Pizza.
Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group in Cleveland represented the seller, a private investment group in Kansas.
The Michigan-based buyer purchased the asset for $10.875 million, representing 99% of the original list price.
