The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently closed the sale of Commerce I & II, a 96,262-square-foot medical office building in Maple Heights, Ohio.
Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the seller, a joint venture between a private investment group out of Ohio and a private group from California.
The private, all-cash 1031 buyer closed on the property within 30 days of contract execution.
