Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently closed the sale of Stonegate Center, a 15,300-square-foot retail center built in 2000 in Medina, Ohio, and shadow-anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Kohl’s and Hobby Lobby.
Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the seller, a private investor out of Ohio. The buyer, also out of Ohio, purchased the property for $1.31 million, representing a CAP rate of 7.56 percent. The final sales price was 95 percent of the property’s list price.
