The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold Kyber Run at the Johnstown South Shopping Center in Johnstown, Ohio. The retail center is shadow-anchored by a Kroger grocery store.
Dan Cooper, president and broker, represented the owners, a private investment group based in Columbus. The buyers were from New Jersey.
The property sold for $2.45 million. The 15,292-square-foot retail center was built in 2012 and purchased at an 8.7 percent CAP.
