The Cooper Commercial Investment Group closed the sale of a retail center in Northern Ohio.
The neighborhood value-add center is about 77 percent occupied and features an in-line portion and outlot building.
Dan Cooper and Bob Havasi of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group in Celeveland found hte property for a long-term client. The private East Coast-based investment buyer purchased the off-market asset for $4.06 million, representing an 8.29 percent CAP rate.
