The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold Belden Village Commons, a 13,216-square-foot retail plaza located in Canton, Ohio.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cleveland-based Cooper Commercial, represented the owners of the property, a group based in northern Ohio. The buyer was a private investor from northern California.
The property sold for $4.1 million, representing a CAP rate of 7.92 percent. The sales price came in at 98 percent of list price.
