The Cooper Commercial Investment Group closed the sale of The Shops at Cordova Station, an 18,950-square-foot retail center in the Cordova neighborhood of Memphis.
Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the owner, an East Coast-based private investment group.
The buyer, from New Hampshire, was found within the first 21 days of marketing the property. The buyer purchased the property for $3.795 million, representing a CAP Rate of 8.01 percent and about 91 percent of the listing price.
