Cooper Commercial Investment Group closed the sale of a single-tenant Rite Aid location in Parma, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland.
Rite Aid is on an absolute NNN lease structure with eight-and-a-half years of term remaining. Dan Cooper, president of Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investment group out of Alaska.
The buyer was found within the first two weeks of marketing the asset for sale. The buyer purchased the property for $3.25 million.
