A2 Advertising has signed a 4,025-square-foot lease at the office building at 1009 W. 8th St. in Kansas City, Missouri.

The advertising agency will now do business from the fourth floor of the renovated building, which is also known as the Sewall Paint building.

The five-story, 58,000-square-foot historic building was built in 1903 and renovated in 2009. It includes first-floor event space and the corporate offices for Faultless Starch/Bon Ami Co. This is the building’s first lease to a company not affiliated with Faultless Starch/Bon Ami.

A2 Advertising was represented by Molly Crawford with Copaken Brooks. The landlord, Faultless Starch/Bon Ami Co., was represented by Ryan Biery, also with Copaken Brooks.
