Birmingham, Mich.-based CORE Partners recently closed several lease deals in Michigan.
Matthew Farrell and Michael Koenigbauer of CORE Partners represented EA&S Investments #2-85, LLC in a 2,694-square-foot, 39-month office lease in Troy, Mich. The tenant, Iconma, was represented by Lynn Drake of Compass Commmercial.
Koenigbauer also represented MBKS, LLC, the tenant, in a 636-square-foot, 25-month orfice lease, again in Troy. The landlord for this deal is Tasmin Devco, LLC.
Farrell and Michael Farrell of CORE represented both the landlord and tenant, Forsee Results, in the expansion of a 5,000-square-foot 53-month office lease in Ann Arbor. The landlord at this location is McKinley, Inc.
