CORE Partners has been hired as property manager and leasing agent for a $10 million mixed-use development in Auburn Hills, Mich.
The city council of Auburn Hills has approved plans from Burton-Katzman of Bingham Farms, Mich., to develop a four-story mixed-use development named Rivers Edge of Auburn Hills.
The building will consist of 9,300 square feet of commercial space on the first floor and 31 one- and two-bedroom lofts on the remaining levels.
Construction is set to begin by the summer of 2014, with an expected completion date near the end of the third quarter of 2015. CORE Partners will represent the development as property manager and leasing agent.
