Nashville-based CoreTrust has leased the seventh floor of Rubicon Equities‘ Radius office building in the North Gulch neighborhood of Nashville to serve as its new headquarters.
CoreTrust, a commercial sourcing agency delivering contract savings to large corporations, has more than 2,800 members totaling $45 billion in purchasing power, which results in significant contract savings for its members across more than 80 contract categories. The company’s 7th floor space encompasses 31,580 square feet.
In addition, Oracle, a multinational computer technology corporation, has expanded its lease from 31,580 square feet to 100,000 square feet within Radius as it grows its regional headquarters campus in Davidson County. With CoreTrust’s lease, Oracle’s expansion and other leasing activities, more than 100,000 square feet of space at Radius has been leased in the last three months.
Radius is located at 601 11th Ave. N in Nashville’s Gulch neighborhood. The building boasts state-of-the-art technology and creative workspaces that encourage proactive team collaboration. The nine-story building has office floors averaging 31,580 square feet, 18,500 square feet of ground floor retail and a parking garage with over 900 spaces.
Tenants can attract employees back to the office with resort-style fitness facilities with lockers and showers, a tenant lounge, an outdoor rooftop terrace, on-site security, a café with grab-and-go items, and ample parking. Building signage is available for large tenants. Radius is surrounded by a full complement of restaurants, bars, shopping and housing options.
Stream Realty Partners handles the leasing and property management at Radius. The national real estate services, development, and investment company currently houses its Nashville market operation in the building. Sandeema Company partners with Stream on the leasing assignment.
