The Chicago Real Estate Council and CCIM Institute hosted a Retail in Transition conference at Maggiano’s on Clark Street where more than 100 people were in attendance.
Deena Zimmerman of Sperry Van Ness moderated the conversation about the ever-changing nature of retail and how technology has empowered shoppers to take full control of their shopping experiences.
Michael Horne, regional director for Sterling Organization; Christopher Knight, associate director at HFF’s Chicago office; Willie Hoag, tenant rep specialist for Mid-America Real Estate; and Liz Holland, chief executive office of Abbell Credit Corporation fielded questions and discussed the market at the event.
