Cresa, the world’s leading occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, has appointed Suellen Ravanas to its board of directors. The longtime finance executive brings significant industry, financial and M&A experience to the role. As Cresa’s newest outside board member, Ravanas will serve on the firm’s finance committee.
“Suellen’s skill and proficiency with board governance and financial acumen will be critical for our next stage of growth,” said CEO Tod Lickerman. “We are thrilled to welcome her to our team at this important juncture.”
Ravanas most recently served as Global CFO at Circana (formerly IRI), a leading provider of big data, predictive analytics and insights. In this role she oversaw the global financial operations of the firm and was responsible for driving growth and delivering financial results. She is the former CFO of several large companies including JLL Americas, Publicis NA, and Leo Burnett. Prior to that she worked in Pepsico Finance.
Ravanas earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in International Affairs, also from the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
