Cresa Madison represented University Houses Preschool in its relocation to 6033 Odana Road on the West Side of Madison, Wis. University Houses Preschool will occupy its new space in August, prior to the start of the 2013/2014 school year.
“This was a challenging project,” said Ross Rikkers, vice president of Cresa, in a written statement. “University Houses Preschool had a very specific requirement and a relatively tight timeline; it is, however, very rewarding to help secure a location that works so well for an organization that has such a positive impact on so many people.”
University Houses Preschool is a part-day parent-cooperative, and has been serving the Madison area for 45 years.
