Cresa Milwaukee recently represented Riverwater Partners LLC in the purchase of the well-known Laacke and Joys Building in downtown Milwaukee.
The four-story building and one-story warehouse total 75,000 square feet in Milwaukee’s Park East Corridor.
Laacke and Joys, established in 1844, has been in the Water Street location since the 1960s. Developers are now targeting the Park East Corridor for future revitalization.
Cresa Milwaukee brought the deal to Riverwater Partners LLC before the building was listed on the market and provided direction throughout the purchasing process.
Michael Levine of Cresa Milwaukee represented Riverwater Partners LLC. Mark Schnoll of Colliers represented the seller.
