Cresa is relocating its headquarters from Washington, DC to Chicago this summer. The company recently signed a lease at 167 Green St. in Chicago’s Fulton Market District, one of the most progressive office buildings in the city, to accommodate the move.
Cresa’s decision to relocate its headquarters to Chicago follows the announcement of several high-level Chicago-based leadership hires, including CEO Tod Lickerman, CFO Kristin MacCarthy, CHRO and General Counsel Kathryn Ditmars, Head of Global Portfolio Solutions Tricia Trester and incoming President Greg Schementi.
The new workplace will house Cresa’s growing Chicago tenant advisory practice, project management and lease administration teams, which service some of the company’s top portfolio clients.
The office will be built out with a mix of collaborative and private work areas with a modern and distinct design aesthetic and will serve as a model for the firm’s future offices.
At the intersection of office and hospitality, 167 Green best exemplifies the office building of today. Cresa chose the property for its location at the epicenter of the Fulton Market submarket, with direct access to the area’s amenities, arts and culture, all modes of transportation, Chicago’s Loop and surrounding neighborhoods. Building amenities include a terrace, gym, basketball court, game room, studio, lounge and a variety of flexible event spaces and meeting rooms.
