The Cincinnati office of CresaPartners recently named Akiva Freeman and Sean Mangialardo as shareholders. Both are principals of the office.
“Akiva and Sean have shown exceptional ability to serve their client base with integrity, objectivity and accountability. I am excited to have them as my partners,” said Alan Piker, Cincinnati’s managing principal.
Freeman is a 13-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He has been involved in more than 100 commercial real estate transactions throughout the continental United States, with an aggregate value of more than $250 million.
Mangialardo specializes in helping clients align their real estate objectives with their business plans by implementing an integrated service model that includes strategic planning, lease and purchase negotiations, site selection and financial analysis.
