Cushman & Wakefield|CRESCO Real Estate represented Vedas Fitness in its move to iconic Cleveland office tower the Key Center.
Vedas Fitness will occupy 20,000 square feet at the tower, located at 100 E. St. Clair in downtown Cleveland. Vedas will open its Fitness, Ayurvedic Spa and Corporate Wellness Facility in the winter of 2017 at the location.
The new fitness facility will include a group fitness and yoga studio, 4,000-square-foot strength and cardio equipment areas and full-service spa.
