CREW Chicago presents panel discussion exploring cultural shift in response to the Great Resignation

On March 23rd at The Ivy Room at Tree Studios, CREW Chicago presented a panel discussion that explored the cultural shift experienced at all levels of commercial real estate in response to the Great Resignation.

The panel including Ingrid Carlino, CBIC, who gave the employer perspective on hiring new talent during the Great Resignation; Carolyn Aberman, The Lucas Group, a division of Korn Ferry International, who gave the recruiter perspective of what employees want to see in new positions; and Linda Kanoski, CBRE Design Collective, who gave the design perspective on how tenants and owners are responding to the cultural shifts. The discussion was moderated by Ashley Sinova, Office Furniture Center, who was inspired by the Great Resignation to change companies in 2020.
