Elekta, a Swedish-based medical device company that manufactures and sells cancer treatment products, will relocate one of its product-supply and support centers from Maryland Heights, Missouri, to the Streets of St. Charles mixed-use community in St. Charles, Missouri.

Cullinan Properties owns and manages the Streets of St. Charles development.

The new building for Elekta is currently under construction and is expected to be completed later this spring. Elekta will house more than 100 employees at the office site.

Jim Loft, senior vice president with Colliers International, represented Cullinan Properties in the lease transaction.

The 60,000-square-foot mixed-use building was designed by St. Louis architecture firm Oculus, Inc. Brinkmann Constructors is the general contractor for the project.
