Officials from Hendricks County and Plainfield, Ind., on June 23 joined executives from Hanzo Logistics and Ambrose Property Group for the ground-breaking of a 403,200-square-foot headquarters office and distribution facility in Plainfield, Ind.
The development will become the new headquarters for Hanzo Logistics, a logistics firm that specializes in warehouse management, fulfillment and distribution, cold storage and transportation.
Cushman & Wakefield/Summit brokers Cam Kucic and Matt McGrady represented Hanzo in its search for a new distribution facility. The new location will give Hanzo the space it needs to expand and meet anticipated future growth.
Ambrose Property Group has hired Pepper Construction to serve as the general contractor and JRA Architecture as project architect.
