Cushman & Wakefield adds directors to its Grand Rapids brokerage team

Cushman & Wakefield added Jeff Royce and Kevin O’Reilly to its Grand Rapids, Michigan, brokerage team as Directors.

Both bring decades of experience and diverse commercial real estate backgrounds to Cushman & Wakefield and will work with owners and occupiers across all major commercial real estate sectors throughout Western Michigan in their new roles.
 
Royce brings more than 20 years of real estate development and leadership experience to Cushman & Wakefield. Most recently, he spearheaded the development of a 120-unit apartment complex in Grand Rapids, following successful tenures as President of a local ISP and Director of a technology incubator.

He began his real estate career in 2005 at Novare Group and later Opus South, where he managed over $400M in urban redevelopment projects across Atlanta, Nashville and Austin. His portfolio includes high-rise mixed-use residential, retail, and parking structures. A Grand Rapids resident since 2012, Royce holds an MBA from Georgia State University and undergraduate degrees from Lawrence Technological University and Kalamazoo College.
 
O’Reilly joins Cushman & Wakefield with more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience spanning strategic advisory, occupier solutions and investment sales. Most recently, he served as Director of Investment Sales and Advisory at NAI Wisinski Great Lakes, following an earlier tenure with Avison Young in Dublin, Ireland.

With extensive international experience, O’Reilly has advised both occupiers and investors on complex real estate decisions, working with global clients including Bloomberg, Coca-Cola, HubSpot, Hines and Kennedy Wilson. His work is grounded in rigorous market analysis and practical execution, helping clients align real estate decisions with broader business, capital and growth strategies. O’Reilly holds two undergraduate degrees with honors from Technological University Dublin.
