Jason Webb has joined the firm as senior director. He will be based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and establishes a Cushman & Wakefield presence in Western Michigan.
Webb specializes in occupier services, agency leasing and investment sales, as well as medical-office leasing and dispositions. He brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Cushman & Wakefield.
Webb joins Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers where he was vice president. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, where he is a board member and vice president of the Michigan Chapter.
Additionally, Webb is a board member of the Commercial Alliance of Realtors and the Rotary Club of Grand Rapids. He is a graduate of the University of Washington.
