Cushman & Wakefield represented Oak Brook, Illinois-based MWI Property Group in leasing 36,149 square feet to a Fortune 100 Aerospace company at Libertyville 45 Corporate Center located within the Lake County Submarket in Libertyville, Illinois.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Keith Puritz, Marc Samuels, Brett Kroner and Eric Fischer were the sole brokers in the transaction. This is the first tenant at the new speculative development, which delivered in 2025.
