Cushman & Wakefield announced that Rayna Baumbusch has been promoted to senior property manager in the Columbus office. She reports to Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Vice President Paul Krimm.
Baumbusch is part of a team responsible for the day-to-day operation and oversight of Class A commercial office space for client Equity Office Properties (EOP). Throughout her career, she has managed a diverse portfolio of office, retail and industrial assignments and also has experience working with institutional and private investors. Her role is critical to the transition of new properties as well as the ongoing administration of the firm’s Columbus portfolio. In addition, Ms. Baumbusch has worked extensively with Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management team in managing and facilitating construction projects.
Baumbusch joined the firm in 2006 as a property administrator and progressed through training and subsequent positions. She has played an integral part in the operation and management of the EOP portfolio since the inception of the assignment.
She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Columbus Board of Realtors and a CPM member and former executive committee member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
