Cushman & Wakefield has reorganized and expanded its data center team. Industry veteran Gene Williams will lead the company’s Valuation & Advisory Data Center team.
The firm is now the first global real estate services provider to offer a full complement of valuation services to meet the needs of owners, operator and lenders focused in the data center business.
Williams is the author of several seminars recognized for continuing education credits, and is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and a certified general real estate appraiser.
