Cushman & Wakefield has secured a 109,863-square-foot lease for Tablecraft Products Company at 1020 Lakeside Drive in Gurnee, Illinois. The manufacturer and distributor of innovative foodservices and retail products will take occupancy on August 1, 2018.
Eric Fischer, Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner from Cushman & Wakefield represented Tablecraft. Ned Frank, Jack Rosenberg, and Fred Regnery of Colliers International represented building owner Venture One.
Tablecraft will consolidate out of two other facilities within the Grand Tri-State Business Park, which is just around the corner from the company’s headquarters. The move comes at a time when the company has been in consistent growth mode and the new space will better accommodate their operations.
