Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq recently secured a 22,000-square-foot lease for United Glass, a commercial glass product and service provider in Brooklyn Center, Minn. United Glass will relocate to the centrally located property in October from its current site in Roseville, Minn.
Established in 1984, United Glass has more than 40 employees and provides products and services including commercial glazing, custom glass, storefronts, curtain walls, windows and interior specialty glazing.
Brent Masica, associate director at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, secured the lease for United Glass. Noam Newman of Cassidy Turley represented 6820 Shingle Creek Parkway Holdings, LLC, the landlord for the property.
