Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq secured a lease for AllOver Media, a company that specializes in the creative use of non-traditional out-of-home media, at West Glen II, an office park in Plymouth, Minn.
AllOver Media relocated its 90-person staff to the 25,000-square-foot location on March 15, moving from its former Maple Grove, Minn., location. The new location will also house the company’s wide-format print shop.
“Completing three acquisitions within 10 months, AllOver Media employees had been working out of four locations,” said Sydney Johnson, director of Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq. “With this new space, all employees will come together under one roof at their new headquarters, and there’s sufficient room for its printing facilities.”
Johnson and Dave Paradise, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, represented AllOver Media. Jon Yanta, executive director, and Brent Masica, director, both with Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, represented the landlord for West Glen II, Moen-Leuer Properties.
