Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq secured a 30,000-square-foot lease for Gander Mountain in Rogers, Minn.
Gander Mountain signed a lease to occupy the building, a former Best Buy location. The store opened April 30.
C&W/NorthMarq senior directors Tricia Pitchford and Kim Meyer, and Brad Kaplan, senior associate, represented LaSalle Investment Management in the transaction.
Gander Mountain was represented by John Ferlita, senior vice president with CBRE.
